Dr. Terry Boult

El Pomar Chair of Innovation and Security

Dr. Boult received an NSF Presidential Young Investigator award, and has won teaching awards at both Columbia and Lehigh. Dr. Boult has published over 120 papers and holds 4 patents, with 8 pending.

Carrie Olson

EPIIC Program Assistant

Carrie Olson is the Program Assistant for EPIIC. Carrie started with the University of Colorado in January 2012 on the Boulder campus. She moved to UCCS and started working with EPIIC in August 2016.

Dr. Tom Duening

El Pomar Chair of Business and Entrepreneurship

Dr. Duening has written 17 books on business and entrepreneurship, he also publishes widely on topics in management, organizational behavior, and positive psychology.

Luke Doster

EPIIC Program & Outreach Administrator

Luke Doster is the EPIIC Program and Outreach Administrator. Working with EPIIC programs since 2019 he is now a full-time member of the team, helping to realize various EPIIC objectives.
